This week, families should receive report cards in the mail, but remember you are always able to check grades online from Parent Portal. This is a great time to check in with your student about their progress in their classes. Reviewing grades on the Parent Portal and looking over planners together can open meaningful conversations — not just about scores but their learning. Parent-teacher conferences are coming up on November 19th and 20th, and sign-up information will be shared soon, but please reach out to teachers anytime if you have questions about your student's progress in class.

Remember, after this week we’ll have a four-day weekend in observance of Veterans Day. We hope everyone enjoys the extra time to relax, recharge, and spend time with family before we head into a busy and exciting few weeks leading up to winter break.

Have a great week!

Principal

🧥 Lost & Found Reminder!

Our Lost and Found is overflowing! Please remind your student to check for any missing jackets, water bottles, or lunch boxes. Parents are also welcome to stop by and take a look. All unclaimed items will be donated soon, so make sure to check before they’re gone!

------------------------------

Parenting in the Digital World

Tip of tip of the week: Show kids how to report and block inappropriate or mean content on social media apps. Knowing how to act is empowering and safe.

Join other parents on Monday, November 17 at the Vista Civic Center to continue the discussion about keeping students safe online.
