The PTA and Patio Party Planning Committee have been working all year to make this the BEST one yet!
Beat the lines and grab your wristbands early:

- Inflatables & games with prizes
- Two face painters & a balloon artist
- Food trucks & an ice cream truck

We truly couldn’t make this happen without your support—we appreciate it so much!
We can’t wait to party with you on the patio!
PATIO PARTY ROOM BASKETS
As part of this long-standing tradition, each classroom is asked to create and donate a themed basket for the Basket Raffle at the Patio Party. Room Parents have selected a theme and should have reached out to their class to gather donations and help bring each basket together.
The Patio Party is not only a fun-filled family night—it’s also one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. The money raised helps support assemblies, classroom supplies, field trips, and community activities like roller skating and ice skating.
The basket raffle is always a highlight of the event—a fun way to contribute and, if you’re lucky, go home with one of the amazing baskets our Room Parents have put together!
Please keep an eye out for information from your Room Parent about how to contribute to your class basket. If you haven’t received any details, feel free to reach out to the PTA at asapackerpta@gmail.com.
Thank you all for everything you’ve done this year to support our school, teachers, staff, and students. Your time, generosity, and involvement truly make a difference—we appreciate you all!
TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK
The end of the year is here, and we’re ready to celebrate all the good things that make our school so special!
Teacher Appreciation Week runs from May 4th to May 8th, and we’re going all out to show our incredible teachers and staff just how much they mean to us. We have something special planned every single day, making it a fun-filled, high-energy week at Asa Packer—complete with surprises, exciting field trips, and a Patio Party to wrap it all up in style.
Let’s make it a week to remember!
If you’d like to contribute toward stocking the faculty rooms with treats and drinks, please check out the SignUpGenius. We are so grateful for your generosity this year—it has truly made a difference.

SEND OFF SIGNS:
Celebrate the end of the school year and send our students off in a meaningful way with our “Send Off” Sign Fundraiser at Asa Packer Elementary!
These special signs are a great way to show your student just how proud you are of all their hard work and to wish them a fun, happy summer. It’s a simple gesture that makes a big impact—students love seeing messages of encouragement displayed just for them.
This is an especially memorable moment for our 5th graders, as they prepare to say goodbye to Asa Packer and move on to the next chapter. Let’s make their final days at our school extra special by surrounding them with supportive messages and celebration.
Signs will be available for purchase at the Patio Party, and the PTA will proudly display them at the school starting the morning of June 4th through the last few days of school.
Can’t make it to the Patio Party? No problem, a Memberhub online sale will be available soon for your convenience.
Each sign is just $10, making it an easy and meaningful way to participate. Thank you for helping us celebrate our students and create lasting end-of-year memories!

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Reminders:

You may either:
-
Park in the lot and walk your child across the bus lane using the crosswalk, or
-
Use the student drop-off lane, allowing your child to exit the car and walk along the sidewalk to the building.
-
-
If you need to get out of your car to assist your child, please park in a designated parking spot. Do not stop or leave your vehicle in the drop-off lane.
Safety Guidelines:

Always use crosswalks—both students and adults.
