School Spotlight
HOSA
RHS HOSA attended the State Leadership Conference in Chattanooga where they competed in a variety of events like Mental Health Promotion, Career Display, Clinical Lab Science, and EMT. They also had a chance to interact with colleges and medical companies to learn about cutting edge EdTech for Health Science. The students especially enjoyed the dance party celebration!
BIOSTEM and MEPS
BioSTEM 2 and MEPS spent the day at the Knox County Wastewater and Freshwater Processing Plants and learned about jobs as a Water Quality Technician from Pellissippi State Community College.
Teaching as a Profession and Journalism
The Teaching as a Profession and Journalism classes from RHS recently collaborated with Mrs. Malicoat's kindergarten class from Ridgeview to complete a Monster Project. The kindergarten students drew an original picture that was then brought to life in some 3D form by the RHS students.
