Nurse News
Hello Madison Families, Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year. Please monitor your email inbox for messages from the school nurse. You may receive an email about immunization records or about specific health conditions (asthma, food allergies, seizure disorders, diabetes).
If your student needs to have a daily medication at school or an emergency or rescue medication kept at school (such as; epi pen, seizure rescue medication or asthma inhaler) please bring the medication to Connections Conferences. There will be a nurse available to accept medications and to assist you with filling out the Medication Administration forms during goal setting conferences. All medications; including over the counter medications and topical creams must have a pharmacy label with the child's name and the instructions for use.
If you are unable to attend goal setting conferences please bring medications to the health office the first week of school. Do not send medications to school with your child in their backpack.
