A JOURNEY THROUGH INDEPENDENCE
Pointer Families & Staff -- please check your email for a survey link sent Friday afternoon regarding reopening efforts. We are looking for your feedback prior to 9 pm Tuesday, September 22 to be compiled prior to the next Reopening Ad Hoc Committee meeting Thursday, September 24. We are asking for one response per student per family (if possible). If not one parent/guardian of your student(s) received the email, please contact joelle.doye@mp.k12.wi.us with the name(s) of your student(s) who are enrolled in #PointerNation. Thank you!
As noted in our updated fall sports schedules, Homecoming 2020 has been postponed TBA and will not take place September 21-25 (the football game on the 25th is now at Dodgeville). Stay tuned for updates.
Meal Program Expanded: We are now able to offer free breakfast and lunch to all children within the school district, from birth to age 18 (previously it was for school-aged children only). If your family would like to participate please sign-up using the google link below. If you have previously signed-up there is no need to register again.

Link: https://forms.gle/vBy1cZ4H15JXfGq7A

Families who elect to participate but do not have children in school, or families who are enrolled 100% virtually, should plan to pick up their meals outside of the high school building on Wednesdays from 9:00-11:00 am (please note time change).

Any questions, please contact taherfoodservices@mp.k12.wi.us

Please consider purchasing a NEW Bucky Book 29 on their behalf at the following safe and secure direct link: https://www.buckybook.com/mineral-point-elementary. Here are some reasons to participate:

* Valid thru September 2021 so there is plenty of time to use the coupons that interest you.

* Hundreds of 50% off coupons you can use right now from golf, groceries, pizza, fast food, coffee shops, oil changes, car washes, pet food, home services even many entertainment venues and restaurants.

* Just using a couple of coupons can easily save you the $35 price, then it will cost you nothing to support their cause!
