Summer Updates
Parent Forms
π£ Action Required: Complete Your Annual Parent Forms
Please keep an eye on your inbox next week for an official email from the Cherry Creek School District (CCSD) regarding required Parent Forms. Parent Forms will be available starting Monday, July 6.
Every school year, CCSD requires families to update their child's information. These forms must be completed before students can return to CCA in August.
How to Complete Your Forms:
Log into your account at my.cherrycreekschools.org.
Click on the PowerSchool/Parent Forms tile.
Fill out and submit the required forms as soon as possible.
π‘ Need help? For step-by-step instructions and more details, you can visit the CCSD Back to School Hub.
πΈ Understanding Media Waivers
Part of the Parent Forms process includes selecting your media waiver preferences. To help clarify your options:
District Media Waiver: Allows both CCA and CCSD to feature your student on our school/district websites and newsletters.
Outside Media Outlets Waiver: Allows your child to be featured or published on external platforms, such as official social media channels.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this so we can ensure a smooth start to the school year for all our students!
