New Exhibit: You Can Never Go Home Again
by Artist, Christopher Friesen
We are excited to announce a new exhibit in the MHM Gallery running October 7 to November 10, 2025, featuring artwork by Langley-based artist Chris Friesen. The exhibit, titled You Can Never Go Home Again, was first proposed in 2022 in response to rising housing costs and explores the economic pressures that influence relocation and community life. Friesen, a painter, educator, and community advocate, combines personal history, family archives, and historical research to create paintings that reflect both past and present housing challenges in British Columbia.
Be sure to save the date for the Opening Reception on October 14, 2025, at 2pm.
