Final Forms Reminder
As we prepare for the start of the new school year, we ask all parents and guardians to log in to Final Forms and complete the annual update for each student attending Three Rivers Local School District.
Keeping this information current is essential for your child's safety and ensures the district has accurate emergency contacts, medical information, and required permissions on file.
When you log in, any incomplete sections will appear in red, while completed sections will appear in green. Please review every tab and complete any outstanding forms until all sections are green. We ask that all forms are completed by August 28th.
Thank you for taking a few minutes to verify your information. Your partnership helps us provide a safe and successful start to the school year for every student. Final Forms Linked Here
School Fees
Three Rivers Local Schools is placing a strong emphasis on the early collection of school fees for this school year. Our goal is to have all fees collected, or active payment plans established, by the end of the first quarter (October 9).
School fees are a vital part of our district’s budget. They directly fund the materials and resources our students consume daily in their classrooms.
Key Dates & Payment Information
August 12: Fees will be loaded into student accounts.
Open House (Aug 12): We will accept fee payments via check or credit card through PaySchools. No service fees will be charged if you pay in person at the school building during this time.
Payment Plans: If you cannot pay your child’s fees in full, please contact your building secretary to set up a payment plan. To keep the plan active, a minimum payment of $10 (or your total amount due, divided by 10) is due by the 1st of every month.
Consequences of Non-Payment
Please note that students who have unpaid fees and do not have an active payment plan in place may lose the opportunity to participate in the following activities:
- Elementary: Clubs and Field Trips
- Middle School: Clubs, Camp Kern, Washington DC, Dances/Game nights put on by the school
- High School: Homecoming, Prom, Clubs, Holding of diploma/transcripts
NOTE: Parents can always pay in person via credit card and not be charged PaySchool fees
Bus Rider Information
If your child will be riding the bus this school year, please note that bus routes will be finalized and shared with families by August 10. This allows our Transportation Department time to ensure all student transportation information is accurate and every rider is assigned to the correct route before schedules are released. Please make sure all of your child's arrival/dismissal information is updated in Final Forms.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare for a safe and successful start to the new school year. We are just as excited as you are to welcome students back!
Student Handbooks
All handbooks have been uploaded on the district website under each school's tabs and are also linked below.
Back to School Ready Fest Participant Registration
Back to School Ready Fest
Wednesday, August 12th | 5:00–7:00 PM | Three Rivers Campus - Elementary cafeteria/gym
Join us for our annual Back to School Ready Fest, sponsored by Jacket Cares in collaboration with Crossroads Westside and Whitewater Crossing churches. This event is designed to help families in need prepare for the upcoming school year by providing free school supplies and toiletry items for students. This year, families will receive pre-bagged supplies based on student grade level; therefore, pre-registration is required. Items will be available in the elementary cafeteria/gym from 5:00-7:00 pm during Open House.
>>PLEASE COMPLETE ONE FORM FOR EACH CHILD.<<
We never want a Three Rivers Student to go without the necessary items they need to be successful. We invite you to come out and take part in this supportive, community-driven event.
