Circling for Experienced Practitioners
When: Tuesday, July 8th
Tme: Doors open 6:45pm, Session begins at 7pm
Tickets are $15
Reserve yours by Venmo-ing @rebeccahassell
The goal of Circling is for a group of people to see the world through your eyes, and for you to see the world through other people’s eyes. We flourish under the influence of caring, curious, and non-judgmental attention – and so does the connection between us.
In honor of Father’s Day, I’m trying a themed circle for our experienced group. Our parents are most influential people in our lives – for better or for worse. I’d like to create a space where we can explore our relationships with and memories of them using a mix of partnered witnessing activities and birthday circles.
Join us for this experiment. We will return to regular freestyle circles in July.
If you're not sure if you belong in this session, please reach out to Rebo before purchasing a ticket. All-levels circling session -- including first-timers -- are also scheduled on Monday, June 23; and Monday, July 28.
If money is tight, please reach out for pay-what-you-can options.

Men’s circles are a great place to:
- Practice clear, authentic communication;
- Identify self-limiting beliefs or patterns of behavior;
- Better understand your own needs;
- Seek support and accountability;
- Form new friendships and deepen existing relationships.
- Men’s circles provide a way for men to come together to form mutually supportive bonds that center on the values of authenticity and presence, rather than on competition and achievement.

Resonant Language
When:
Saturday, July 26th - 5-7pm
and
Sunday, July 27th - 3-5pm
To register: Venmo $25 @GlowHouse or Paypal info@glowhouse.org
Explore how to deepen alignment between ourselves and others. Through guided interactions and process work demonstrations of skills practice, participants will learn to cultivate healing and connection by identifying feelings and needs and other forms of resonant language through the practice of resonance. Resonance is the process of receiving feedback that someone understands us. It refers to the process of attuning to and harmonizing with both our body sensations as well as the energies of those surrounding us. By practicing attunement, participants will enhance their ability to listen attentively to reduce conflict and the judgmental voice. The active discipline of resonance attempts to enable compassionate connection to promote trust, safety and healing. It fosters empathy and improves communication.
Resonance creates peace, ease and connection. The series highlights the importance of the practice known as accompaniment, which makes it easier to regulate emotion. Both resonance and accompaniment change our brains, fostering a sense of trust while enhancing relationships and supporting the transformation of attachment styles. This immersive series enables participants to tune into one's inner landscape while engaging with others. Participants will work with feelings and needs, circuits of emotion to improve relationships, change attachment styles and heal trauma. The formation of traumatic memory happens when we feel alone. Accompaniment starts to happen when one person consents to let another travel with them, emotionally or physically, for more than one resonant exchange, ultimately fostering a sense of well-being.
About your facilitator:
Christine Maila is a certified Resonant Healing Practitioner. She offers resonant accompaniment. Christine is also trained in NVC, works with clients worldwide, and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
Christine supports clients with unconscious contract/sacred vow work and time travel empathy, as well as other Resonant Healing practices. She draws on her mindfulness practices and background in education while supporting others in moving forward in their lives with more autonomy, inspiration, love and freedom.
