Shiloh Farms Annual Meeting

Please join us for our annual meeting. We will begin check in at 6pm. We would like everyone to be seated by 6:30pm so we can promptly start the meeting.

WE ARE ELECTING A NEW BOARD MEMBER AND MUST HAVE QUORUM TO ACCOMPLISH THIS TASK. QUORUM IS 92 HOMES.

If you cannot attend the meeting, please send in your proxy (attached below). You can print out and sign and give to a Board member or you can email directly to PMI for recording.

Please just take a moment of your time to get this done ASAP. It makes the meeting run quicker if we can check in the proxy submissions before the meeting. If we do not meet quorum, we will not be able to elect a new Board Member and will have to go through the process of scheduling a new meeting for a vote. As you can imagine, this is time consuming for Board members. Please send in your proxy if you are not attending the meeting so your home can count toward quorum.

Proxies were also included in the mailer that was sent to each physical home address last month if you don't want to print it out.

The meeting will be on Zoom

We will have the meeting available on zoom for those that would prefer to watch from home. We will also provide the recording after the meeting is over.

PLEASE submit your proxy if you are planning to watch the zoom from home so that you can count toward the quorum.

If you would like to run for the open Board seat, please fill out the attached form and send immediately to support@pmi-neatl.com so that you can be included on the ballot. You will also be required to submit a short bio. This form was included in the packet that was mailed out a few weeks ago.

Cookies with Santa Event
