Hello Natick High School Caregivers,

We are quickly approaching spring break! As we get closer to this point in the year, there will be more announcements for our seniors, as they prepare for graduation. Our newsletter today features a relatively large senior section, including information on prom tickets, additional scholarship opportunities, a corrected senior final exam schedule and information on the After Prom Party. For our students in grades 9 through 11, you will see the information on the Junior Boat Cruise, our end-of-year celebration for juniors, as well as information on purchasing bus passes for next year.

This weekend, we have our second student-directed play of the year: Clue! We hope you will join us tonight or tomorrow! And, looking ahead to next week, you will notice that there is a opportunity on Tuesday night for students, staff and families to participate in choosing the next Athletics Director for Natick High School, and that there is an early release at 11 am on Wednesday so staff can engage in professional development.

Lastly, you will notice a number of reasons to celebrate in our Redhawk Pride section, including several recent successes of our student musicians.

I hope you have a great weekend!

Best,

Josepha Blocker

Principal, Natick High School

It’s a dark and stormy night, and we’ve been invited to a very unusual dinner party. Each of the guests has an alias, the butler offers a variety of weapons, and the host is, well, dead. So whodunit? Join the iconic oddballs known as Scarlet, Plum, White, Green, Peacock, and Mustard as they race to find the murderer in Boddy Manor before the body count stacks up. Based on the cult classic film and the popular board game, Clue is a madcap comedy that will keep the audience guessing until the final twist. (Concord Theatricals)

Please read these FAQs BEFORE registering your student:

My student will receive free transportation due to free/reduced lunch or free mileage. Do I still need to apply?

Yes! If you are requesting a free bus pass due to receiving free/reduced lunch you must have completed and been approved for free/reduced lunch to qualify. You may also apply for Financial Assistance and if approved, will receive a free bus pass. If you are requesting a free bus pass due to mileage, please be advised that only students in K-6 who live 2.01 miles or more from their school will receive a free bus pass due to mileage. Please see our Eligible Street Listing

Does my student need a bus pass to ride the bus?

Yes! Any student who rides a yellow bus to school (beside METCO) needs to be registered for the bus. Bus passes are valid for a student's designated bus and late bus only.

My family is new to Natick. When should I register for the bus?

New Natick students must be registered for the bus within 2 weeks of school registration. If your student is not registered for the bus within the two weeks, the late fee will apply if after the 06/30 deadline

Are refunds given for bus passes?

There will be no refunds given after bus passes are mailed out in early August unless you have moved out of Natick, overpaid or paid when you would have received a free bus pass

Late fees:

LATE FEES will apply to ALL REGISTRATIONS received after 6/30/2026:

Registered by: 06/30 -- NO LATE FEE

Registered from: 07/01-07/31 -- LATE FEE IS $100 per family*

Registered after: 07/31 -- LATE FEE IS $125 per family*

*An assessed late fee and second bus pass fees will not be included when determining the family cap of $500. The $500 family cap is for transportation fees only
