Dear SHS Families,
Thank you to the parents who joined us this Wednesday for Honor Roll announcements. It is always a treat to celebrate our students' success in the classroom as a community.
Conferences are next Wednesday and Thursday, October 21st and 22nd. Please make sure that you are here at the correct time and day to meet with your student’s teacher. We will be outlining the details for the security improvements being made to the building during conferences as well. I will be going over all project details during the teacher’s scheduled dinner break both evenings from 5:30-6:00, leaving materials that will be available to be reviewed from 6:00-7:00, and answering questions from 7:00-7:30. The school and parish community are invited to hear these updates.
Mark your calendars for Friday, November 13th for our SHS Parent Mixer. We were pleased with the event last year and are excited to host it again. We invite parents to enjoy an evening of snacks and drinks with the intention of simply coming together as a community. We will also have some talks and roundtable opportunities that evening as well. If you know a family that might be interested in sending their child to SHS, we encourage you to invite them that evening to get a taste of how special our community really is. There will be more information about this event coming out next week.

A NOTE FROM PTO
Thank you all who donated a dessert or helped with the concessions at the Corn Pickers of the Past. It was a great success with PTO raising over $800! A special thank you to the Wyckoff family for setting it up.
