Hendricks Elementary’s Maggie Stafford Named ARC Staff Person of the Year!
Maggie Stafford, a member of the Life Skills Team at Hendricks Elementary School, has been recognized by ARC as its Staff Person of the Year, an honor celebrating her dedication to students and commitment to serving others.
Stafford plays an important role in supporting students in the Life Skills program at Hendricks Elementary. Known for her compassion, positive attitude and student-centered approach, she works each day to ensure students feel supported, valued and successful at school.
Her colleagues say Stafford consistently brings heart and enthusiasm to her work and is always willing to go above and beyond for both students and staff. Her ability to build positive relationships and provide caring, individualized support has made her an essential member of the Hendricks Elementary team.
“Maggie always puts students first,” said Hendricks Elementary Principal Mrs. Tilley. “Her positive attitude is contagious, and she is a wonderful asset to the team.”
Stafford’s work with the Life Skills Team reflects the importance of creating an inclusive school environment where every student is given opportunities to learn, grow and experience success. Her compassion and commitment are evident in the relationships she develops with students and in the support she provides throughout the school day.
At Hendricks Elementary, Stafford is also recognized as an example of what it means to be a Hurricane — someone who leads with kindness, gives her best each day and works to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
The ARC Staff Person of the Year recognition celebrates Stafford’s contributions and the impact she continues to make on the Hendricks Elementary community.
Hendricks Elementary is proud to congratulate Maggie Stafford on this well-deserved honor and grateful to have her as a member of the Life Skills Team.
