Last night was the districtwide Music in Our Schools concert, which was quite enjoyable to watch. We had many students involved in the band and chorus, and even more former students also performing. If you’d like to watch the concert, here is the recording.

Please see the letter below about InView testing that will be occurring in 2nd and 4th grade classes next week.

The fifth graders from all three elementary schools have their annual TREP$ Marketplace on Wednesday, April 1st from 5-7 pm at PV Middle School. Our young entrepreneurs have worked tirelessly over the last six weeks to develop and refine their businesses and are ready to open to the public. Please see the attached flyer for more information about the event and to help support our young entrepreneurs. It should be a lovely evening!

Please take a moment to watch this district promotional video that was put together by some of our high school students. They have been planning this project since last spring and the final video is impressive, and has some familiar faces!

Our student services department in conjunction with several other districts throughout the county is sponsoring a series of training sessions to support parents in Morris County.

Prevent Blindness is a wonderful resource.........

Half of all eye injuries are preventable, and sight can be saved from many eye diseases and conditions if problems are detected and treated early. Unfortunately, many people aren’t aware of the steps they can take today to help prevent vision loss. Prevent Blindness recently conducted a consumer survey and found:

Any families that might benefit from free and reduced lunch are encouraged to check out the district’s website and consider applying. If you qualified last year, please be sure to apply again this year as the program requires annual updates. Also, some families might also qualify under the New Jersey Expanded Income Eligibility (NJEIE) program. Students will receive lunches identical to those of their peers and their information remains confidential.
