📌VERY IMPORTANT!📌 PARENT SURVEY: Your opinion matters! Tell us about your experiences with the district and your school by filling out the College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI) Georgia Parent Survey required by the Georgia Department of Education. This survey provides a foundation for your school’s Climate Star rating score and is part of the CCRPI. These climate scores are an important indicator of culture and climate within each school in the district. Each school will receive a 1-5 star rating, with five stars representing an excellent school climate, and one star representing a school climate most in need of improvement. The surveys are anonymous and confidential and will remain open through Friday, December 15. To access the CCRPI survey, click here.

Please review Cliftondale's 2023-2024 School-Family Compact, Parent-Family Engagement Plan as well as Fulton County School's Parent-Family Engagement Plan by CLICKING HERE. Parents, school staff, and students partnered together to jointly develop the School-Family Compact and school Parent and Family Engagement Plan (PFEP). This was done through input collected from feedback forms, surveys, and input meetings held annually in the spring. The School-Compact explains how families and teachers will work together to make sure all students reach grade-level standards at Cliftondale Elementary School.
All students above 10 years of age and their parents/guardians are asked to digitally sign the School-Family Compact in the Infinite Campus Parent/Student Portal. Your digital signature acknowledges you have received, read, and agree to the School-Family Compact. Parents may CLICK HERE to access the parent and student portal in Infinite Campus. 📚K-2 LITERACY SUPPORT - NOVEMBER/DECEMBER📚
As you know, parent involvement is vital to your child’s academic success, which is why I am so excited to introduce a new learning tool to help enhance what I teach in the classroom. Over the course of the school year, we will be unveiling a series of parent units for you to complete so you are better able to help support their early literacy development at home. These self-paced experiences, called Parent Units, are no more than 20 minutes from start to finish to complete. In the units, an easy-to-replicate strategy is provided for you to use at home. Each Parent Unit will launch monthly one at a time and will focus on different topics. We are kicking off the series with Unit 1 focusing on Oral Language.
I encourage you to take the time to complete these fun learning units, which can be found at the bottom of our school’s website and on the district website https://www.fultonschools.org/parentunits. Plus, parents will have the opportunity to earn a certificate for completing each unit!
Thank you for sharing your student with me. I look forward to partnering with you to give them the best education Fulton County Schools has to offer.

The consideration for gifted services may be reported or automatic as defined by the GaDOE Resource Manual for Gifted Education Services. The Fulton County School System screens all students for eligibility for gifted services twice a year and uses a systematic approach to identify highly capable students who may qualify for gifted services.
