To learn that our energy levels, which change throughout the day, help us decide the best time to achieve certain goals.
To learn that positive actions are energy enhancers because they motivate us—and when we are motivated to reach our goals, we feel energized. Energy inspires us to set and reach other physical, intellectual, social, and emotional ideals.
