Dear Peirce Families,

Come out and join us on Tuesday, October 8 at 6:30 p.m. in the Peirce library at we hold out first PTO meeting for the new school year. We'll cover the 24-25 planned activities, budget, and volunteer opportunities. You may also access the meeting through Zoom by clicking here.

Lastly, on Monday, November 11 our students will celebrate and honor our current and former service men and women with a Veteran's Day Assembly. As part of the program, we are coordinating a panel to share their experiences and answer student questions. If you have interest in serving on our panel, please reach out to me by the end of the day on Thursday, October 24. Thank you for considering this opportunity.

The online order for the 2024-2025 Peirce Middle School yearbook is open now through Friday, April 4. Please see the attached flyer with the link and ordering details. The cost of the book is $20.

Mrs. Garratty is running low on student clothing for the nurse's office this fall. This items are used when students need to change mid-day. Please see the attached flyer for more information or reach out to Mrs. Garraty at bgarraty@wcasd.net.

Math Club will meet every other Monday from 3:00-4:00 p.m. in B 109. The first meeting date will be Monday, October 14. The main focus of Math Club is to prepare students for the Chester County Math Counts Competitions, but students do not need to participate in the competitions to be a part of the club. Students only need a ride home at 4:00 to attend!

Attending a Henderson High School athletic event this fall? Please see some important updates regarding spectator admission to events that require an admission fee, as well as guidelines for attending all Henderson athletic events. Please note, Henderson High School will no longer accept cash sales for admission into Henderson Athletic contests. Please see below for important information regarding this change.

Strengthening families program for parents and youth (10-14) will begin their fall session on Wednesday, October 16 at Henderson High School. Please see the attached flyer for additional details.

The YMCA of Greater Brandywine is offering a free membership to any student in 7th grade. Please access the link here for additional information.
