🚨CONFERENCE & PRE-CONFERENCE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS AUGUST 24, 2026🚨

📌First time attending? Follow these two steps to register successfully:

1. Create an ADE Connect account - ADEConnect - Self Registration
2. Register for the conference through APLD
1. Login to your ADE Connect - https://adeconnect.azed.gov/
2. Select Applications / View Applications
3. Select ADE Professional Learning and Development (APLD)
4. From the learner dashboard, select “Register for Course” to access the course catalog.
5. In the search box type keywords like "OIE", "annual", and "summit" to find the conference registration types and the IEC training pre-conference.
6. Once you find the registration you are looking for, select “Register”. This will add the course to your cart.
7. To check out or change your course selection, you can access your Shopping Cart by clicking on “Proceed to Checkout” at the top right corner of your screen.
8. At the bottom of the checkout page, you will be prompted to add a payment method. Please fill out the appropriate fields.

📌Need an invoice for your Purchase Order (PO)?

Our system does not allow invoices to processed before registration is completed. Download the attached 2026 OIE Annual Summit Flyer to submit to your accounting department to assist processing your PO.

📌Registering a group or team?

Our system does allow group registration called, "Bulk Nominate". To do this everyone (including yourself) must have an ADE Connect account first. Then, see the attached instructions of how to bulk nominate.

Tip: If you cannot find a learner by their name or by the email address linked to their account, contact that individual to login into their ADE Connect account and to visit the APLD page to "Activate" (no other action is required but for them to visit the APLD page). After this step is completed, you should be able to find them as learner.
