Literacy Picture of the Week
Check out our phonics pattern of the week!
Each week, we have been working on digraphs-- 2 consonants that make one sound. Last week it was "ph". Students think of words throughout the week and add them to the board. I love walking by and seeing the words they think of! Next week our digraph is "ng".

STEM Night UPDATE-- see date change - Now 10/20
We are excited about our upcoming STEM night on October 20th! Hit the Pit BBQ and Poppy Joe's food trucks will be there and the dessert truck- Cheesecake mousse will be as well! It's going to be a fun night!!

Fire Safety, Football, and Frios - This Friday
This Friday, we will be celebrating the Pisgah/Tuscola game by wearing the colors of who you think is going to win, there will be spirit items for sale after lunch, Fire Safety day with firetrucks, smoke house and students have the opportunity to get Frios frozen treat for $5. A busy, wonderful day for sure!

This year we are adding a new station to our Fire Safety Day-- Frios! Students may purchase a frozen treat for $5!
No School Monday 10/12 or Tuesday 10/13
There is no school on Monday 10/12 or Tuesday 10/13 -- Monday is an optional work day and Tuesday is a Remote Day -- students will have additional work to complete that will be sent home.
