Dear Patterson Families,
Thank you to everyone who attended parent-teacher conferences this week! Your active involvement and ongoing support play a massive role in your child's education. We truly love partnering with you to help our students thrive.
We also had a fantastic time celebrating Spirit Week and marching in the homecoming parade! Our Patterson students did a wonderful job representing our school while carrying the parade banner. The weather was great, and it was incredible seeing so many familiar faces cheering us on along the route. Go Bronchos!
🎃 Halloween Costume & Parade Guidelines (Oct. 30)
Costumes are welcome at school on Friday, October 30! Please keep the Holly Area Schools Elementary Handbook dress code in mind when planning your child's outfit:
Rating: Costumes must be "G" rated. They cannot depict violence, fake blood, gore, or violent acts.
Masks: Removable masks and blow up costumes are only permitted during the parade.
Props: All toy weapons (guns, knives, swords, chains, etc.) must be left at home.
🚶♂️ Costume Parade Details
Weather permitting, our outdoor costume parade will begin at 3:00 PM. If you plan to watch, here is the parade route:
Students will exit the building through the upper elementary wing (by the bus loop).
They will walk the outside perimeter of the building toward the car line area.
They will re-enter the school at the lower elementary play pad to return to their classrooms.

Date: Wednesday, October 28, 2026
Who: Any student who was absent on the original day, or anyone requesting a retake.
