Please remember, when entering Royal Early Childhood Center or any Royal ISD school, you must show a valid picture ID in the front vestibule. Our staff is not able to accept a picture of your ID on your cell phone. Please help us adhere to our district and campus safety procedures. Safety is a priority of our campus and district.

Dear Parent/Guardian,

To remain in compliance with Senate Bill 12 (SB12) and newly implemented Texas law, all parents/guardians must complete the required consent form. Without this completed form, we will be unable to treat or provide necessary health services for your student while they are at school.

Additionally, here is information about screenings and a parent consent letter that can be completed, signed, and returned to the nurse’s office if you are unable to complete the form electronically.

Estimado/a Padre/Madre o Tutor/a,

Para cumplir con la Ley del Senado 12 (SB12) y la nueva ley implementada en Texas, todos los padres/tutores deben completar el formulario de consentimiento requerido. Sin este formulario completo, no podremos tratar ni proporcionar los servicios de salud necesarios a su estudiante mientras esté en la escuela.
