Dear families,
The first week of school is all about building relationships and a strong school community. The second week we transition into learning routines and procedures to ensure our classrooms run smoothly as we begin learning curriculum. The students did great with learning these expectations!
On August 15th, we will have our first PTA meeting at 5:30 pm in our school library. If you have an interest in helping plan fun family events for our school or giving input on school programs, please join us! During this initial meeting, we will be planning for the year. A chin translator will be in attendance for the evening.

La primera semana de escuela todo sobre cómo construir relaciones y una fuerte comunidad escolar. La segunda semana hacemos transición hacia rutinas de aprendizaje y procedimientos para asegurar que nuestro salón de clase corra adecuadamente al comenzar nuestro currículo. Los alumnos hicieron maravillosamente en aprender estas expectativas!
El 15 de Agosto, tendremos nuestra primera reunión de PTA a las 5:30 en nuestra biblioteca. Si usted tiene algún interés en ayudar a planificar eventos familiares divertidos para nuestra escuela o dar sus ideas en programas escolares, por favor únase a nosotros ese día! Durante esta reunión inicial estaremos planificando para el año. Un intérprete de Chin y Español estará presente esa tarde.
