Parent Decisions for the 21-22 school year by April 30th!
Decision 21-22: As discussed at the management meeting, parents are being asked to make decisions for the 21-22 school year by April 30th. The message below was sent to all families on Wednesday, April 14th outlining next steps. Please take a moment to review. There has been a website (www.tustin.k12.ca.us/tc21-22) dedicated to informing parents that you are encouraged to share in your weekly newsletters. Here’s a sample message you could use.
Newsletter Message: Tustin Unified School District teachers, administrators and staff are currently planning for the next school year. Adhering to the health and safety guidelines issued by the California Department of Public Health, we anticipate having students back on campuses for in-person instruction for the 2021-22 school year. We also understand that not all parents and students will feel comfortable attending school in person. Consequently, we have two options for your child for the return to school on August 12, 2021.
Option 1: Attend your school site for full-time, in-person instruction
- No additional action is required at this time.
Option 2: Enroll in Tustin Connect K-12 School for blended or online, independent study instruction
- Click here prior to April 30, 2021 to begin reserving your spot at Tustin Connect K-12.
