SEPTEMBER 15th
Eagle Family Memo

Our Principals' Press
We have an exciting week ahead at Audubon! Here’s what’s happening:
Grandparents Breakfast: We are thrilled to invite grandparents to join us for breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday morning. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to share a meal with their grandparents and create lasting memories together.
Eagle Family Night: Join us on Thursday, September 19th! This event will be filled with fun activities and a chance to connect with other families in our school as well as your first chance to see and hear about our Flight Trackers. Students have been working hard to track their academic and behavior data to show you their progress!
Book Fair: Don’t miss our Book Fair, where students can explore and purchase new books. It’s a great way to foster a love for reading!
Please RSVP at the link below if you will be attending one of the family events this week. Your participation makes a difference!
In addition to these events, we will be focusing on Self-Control next week, one of our key Guidelines for Success. Our lessons will help students learn the importance of managing their emotions and making responsible choices.
Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to seeing you!

Energy Bus for Kids
This year, we have read The Energy Bus for Kids to all students. Classrooms have already conquered Rule #1: Create a Positive Vision. Each class created a vision statement to post inside their classroom and outside in the hall for all to see.
In the Monday Morning Assembly last week, Mrs. Velotta focused on Rule #2: Fuel Your Ride with Positive Energy. This week, we are moving on to Rule #3: No Bullies Allowed! This is such an important rule for each child and for our school! Ask your child about this at home and see if Rule #2 carries over to life outside of school.
If you'd like to know more about The Energy Bus for Kids click on the link below for a YouTube read Aloud.
