Valley Heights Elementary Schools
August 26th - 30th
Waterville Elementary
What's Happening in Waterville
We've had a great couple days here at Waterville Elementary! Students and staff are busy getting into a routine. Kindergarten students are learning all about what a full day of school looks like with so many new activities like eating lunch at school and having music/PE class! I am sure they will be exhausted tonight!
Next week is our first full week of school. Please keep working on back to school routines at home that includes getting to bed early. Your child will enjoy school a lot more after a good night of rest.
Preschool/Kinder Prep: The first day of preschool/kinder prep is Tuesday, August 27th. Morning session runs from 8:05-11:25 and the afternoon session runs from 12:10-3:30. There is no preschool or kinder prep on Mondays. We also do not have any preschool/kinder prep on days that our district dismisses at 12:30.
If you haven't already accessed the Bloomz page for your child, please do so as soon as possible. This is the primary mode of communication between your child's teacher and you. Our office will also post updates and notes via Bloomz. If you need the code please contact your child's teacher or our office.
Transportation: If your child's transportation needs will change please let our office know as soon as possible so we can make sure your child gets to where they need to be.

Tuesday: First day of Preschool/Kinder Prep
Wednesday: No activities
