Dear Families,

Our Winter Remote Teacher Conferences are coming soon! All appointments will be scheduled virtually via the Meet the Teacher platform.

Laura B. Sprague:

• Wednesday, February 26, between 12:30 and 7:30 p.m.

• Thursday, February 27, between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Half Day:

• Wednesday, February 26, between 1:30 and 7:30 p.m.

• Thursday, February 27, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Daniel Wright:

• Wednesday, February 26, between 1:00 and 7:00 p.m.

• Thursday, February 27, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Conference scheduling will be completed through Meet the Teacher for early childhood through eighth-grade. Scheduling access will open on Tuesday, February 18, at 7:00 p.m. and close on Monday, February 24, at 7:00 p.m.

Only the primary parent/guardian contact for your student (as identified in our PowerSchool student information system at the time of registration) will receive an email communication from D103 the afternoon of Wednesday, February 12, with your parent login email and code that is needed to gain access to the conference scheduling platform. If the primary family contact has not received the informational email from D103 by noon on Thursday, February 13, please contact your student’s school.

Although conference scheduling will not open up until the evening of Tuesday, February 18, please log in to the system before that day to test your credentials. If you need assistance, please reach out to your child’s school through the following emails. Include your full name, your child’s full name, a description of the issue you are having, and someone will help you as soon as possible.

• The Meet the Teacher login information will come from the email address: conferences@d103.org. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive it by noon Thursday, February 13.

• Only the guardian who is indicated in our system as primary contact will receive the login information emailed from D103.

• Due to our limited conference availability, we ask that families with two households collaborate to find a time for both parents to attend each conference.

• Families with students at multiple D103 schools will have the option to schedule conferences across all schools with the same Meet the Teacher account.

• Once your conferences are scheduled, you may modify or delete your scheduled appointment(s) at any time up until the conference scheduler closes at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24.

• Conference length at Laura B. Sprague and Half Day is 15 minutes per conference.

• Daniel Wright families can only schedule two 10 minute conferences out of the five core subjects. We kindly ask that you choose different teachers than those you met with in the fall. This will provide parents who were unable to meet those teachers an opportunity to connect as well. You will receive additional information about DW scheduling in a follow-up email.

• Translator services are available upon request.

• Please contact Sprague and Half Day Schools if you are in need of a translator for your conferences.
• At Daniel Wright, please fill out this Google Form to request translator services.

The next Board of Education meeting will occur at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 11. The notice and agenda can be found on the District 103 Board meeting website page. D103 board meetings will be live-streamed each month on our YouTube Channel. Members of the community should attend the meeting at 111 Barclay Boulevard, Lincolnshire if they would like to make a public comment. The public can also contact the Board at board@d103.org.
