It is hard to believe, but we are almost a quarter of the way through this school year already! Doesn't it feel like just yesterday we were welcoming your students back through our doors for that exciting first week? Time certainly flies when you're having fun, and based on everything happening here, we must be having a blast!
It has been an exciting time to be a Cougar. The spirit on campus is truly something special. Our Football team won the Jug for the first time in 19 years—a testament to their dedication and hard work! Our girls' soccer team is showing their dominance once again, heading to the State Tournament for the 4th consecutive year. On top of all the athletics, we crowned an amazing student for Homecoming Queen, making the week's festivities a huge success. The girls Swim & Dive team won the True Team Section meet for the first time in East High School History!
But best of all, the true highlight of these past months is seeing your students. They are showing up everyday with smiles on their faces, ready to learn. That enthusiasm is contagious and makes our school the best place to be. We are so happy to have them here and are looking forward to making the rest of the year just as memorable!
