NAEP Testing
Salem Junior High will participate in the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) on Thursday, February 5, 2026. NAEP is the largest nationally representative and continuing assessment of what students know and can do in various subjects. NAEP is administered by the National Center for Education Statistics, within the U.S. Department of Education. NAEP is different from our state assessments because it is a common measure of achievement across the
country. Please see the attachment for more information.
Math Lab
Salem Jr provides after school math services every week Tuesday through Friday! Have your student stay after school for math help. Below are the rooms where math lab is held.

Boys and Girls Club
My name is Jacob Scott, and I’m excited to introduce myself as the new Site Director for the Provo Clubhouse Teens with the Boys & Girls Club of Utah County. We’re thrilled to announce we are currently accepting registrations. We would love to extend a warm invitation to students from your school to join this exciting opportunity. The Provo Clubhouse Teens program offers a safe, engaging, and enriching space for middle school youth—filled with activities, leadership opportunities, and support. While our new facility is under construction, we will be temporarily based at Dixon Middle School. I’ve attached a flyer that way you can share with parents and students. You can also access more information or register directly through the following link: https://bgcutah.org/provo-clubhouse-teen/
