A Note from Mrs. Kidder and Mrs Larson
Happy Sunday, Dunham Families!
I hope you all had a lovely weekend in the beautiful sunshine. We are still celebrating the incredible news that we surpassed our Walk-a-Thon fundraising goal! Together, our amazing community raised $60,598.50, making this the highest-earning fundraising event in Dunham history!
Every dollar raised will go directly toward enriching our students’ experiences through classroom support, music, garden and agriculture programs, field trips, assemblies, and so much more.
A huge thank-you to our incredible PTO for their leadership, hard work, and dedication, and to our amazing Dunham community for coming together to support our students in such an epic way. This is the magic of Dunham, and we are so grateful to be part of it!
Below is everything you need to be prepared for the week.
Walk-a-Thon Awards: We will be having our Walk-a-Thon recognition assembly on Friday 10/30 at 8:10. We will award honors such as top earner, top-earning class, and most laps. Students will also get to cover Mrs. Larson and me in spaghetti. Friday will be a festive and messy day! Come by and enjoy the fun!
Halloween: Halloween will be celebrated on Friday! This is always such a fun day for everyone. Students may wear their costumes to school; however, no masks, weapons, or gore. Students, staff, and families will gather on the track at 10:45 for our Halloween Parade, followed by classroom celebrations from 11:00-11:30. Dismissal is at 11:45 on 10/30. Lunch will be available, but only for those staying in daycare.
