Middle School Career Exploration
Career Connected Learning Events & Opportunities
Wenatchee School District Future Ready
Connecting middle school students to career exploration opportunities through real-world learning experiences and continued education helps prepare them to be future-ready!
Our Future Ready staff invites all students to feel welcome and comfortable reaching out with questions or curiosity.
Seventh and eighth grade are ideal times for students to begin exploring their career options. Our Career Exploration Small Group Tours are designed especially for 7th and 8th graders — something 6th graders can look forward to in the years ahead!
Our Lunchtime Career Presentations are open to all students.
Students are encouraged to visit the Future Ready Room during lunch to connect with our staff and discover exciting career and education opportunities.
Future Ready Room is staffed on:
Tuesdays at Orchard
Wednesdays at Foothills
Thursdays at Pioneer
Throughout the year, students will also be called down to work on their High School and Beyond Plan using the state’s online platform — SchooLinks!
