As we close the chapter on another incredible school year, we can officially say we survived “May-hem!” The month of May brought a whirlwind of joyful celebrations across campus, from K–5 Field Day and the excitement of our 6th Grade Promotion Ceremony to Honor Roll celebrations for grades 2–11 and a beautiful graduation ceremony that even included a three-way tie for Salutatorian until the very last moments. Throughout the month, our campus, especially the cafeteria, became a revolving door of meaningful traditions, literature celebrations and scholar recognitions, that reflected the heart of our thoughtful, dedicated school community and the richness of a classical education.
As summer begins, my hope is that each of you receives the rest and reprieve you so greatly deserve and returns refreshed for another wonderful year ahead. While many of you are catching summer rays and enjoying time with family, please know that our faculty and leadership team remain deeply committed to the mission of St. Johns Classical Academy as we prepare for the year to come. The work of preserving and cultivating a rich classical education rooted in truth, goodness, and beauty is important work, and it is a privilege to continue that mission alongside each of you. Thank you for entrusting us with your scholars this year. We look forward with great anticipation to all that next year will bring.
