CDE sent an email on 8/15 releasing the Program Survey for 2022-23. This is due September 30, 2023.

The Program Report will collect information from the 2022-23 UPK Planning and Implementation Program Template. The survey is only collecting information from the "REQUIRED QUESTIONS."

You are not required to present this information to your board however, you may consider providing an annual update to your board so that they are informed about your LEAs progress.

Keep in mind that "UPK" refers to the whole umbrella of the system and your responses should take that into account.
