Team Illinois sponsors this fundraiser to help transplant recipients (who otherwise would not be able to attend) compete in the Donate Life Transplant Games of America. This Olympic style festival will take place June 10-16, 2016 in Cleveland. Its purpose is to celebrate the gift of life through competition and camaraderie, to promote awareness of the critical need for organ, eye, bone marrow and tissue donations, and to commemorate the lives of living donors and donor families who selflessly give the gift of life.
