MAP scores will be posted in Skyward on Monday. Also, 2026-2027 math qualifications for rising 3rd-8th grade students and A-ELA and ACE qualifications for rising 6th-8th grade students will be

sent to parents via email.

Parents who wish to appeal their child’s placement are required to fill out the appeal form linked in the placement email.

Please check your emails on Monday.

For our final Panther family activity on May 26th, students will be served Outshine bars.

Flavors that will be served are: Cherry, Grape, Tangerine, Lemon, Lime, Mango, and Pineapple.

Please let Mrs. Richardson (the school nurse) know of any allergy concerns.

Please contact your child’s classroom teacher if you do not want your child to watch the movie.

Ms. Bailey recently had surgery and will not be returning for the remainder of the school year. Ms. Bailey works with students in grades K–5 through both pull-out and push-in services, as well as supporting 2nd grade students in iLab. We will continue to have her substitute, Mrs. Cihlar, serve in the role for the rest of the year to provide consistency and support for students. We hope Ms. Bailey continues to have a smooth and speedy recovery.

The Spring Bridge Pre-Assessment will be held at Prospect on May 19. This assessment is for students who have qualified to advance in math levels. You will receive an email from the district this week if your student qualifies.

If your child will be participating, please be sure to RSVP to in Skyward.

We’re excited to begin a new tradition at Prospect! This spring, we will welcome back our Prospect alumni seniors for a special Senior Clap Out. We will also be inviting retired staff to join us for this meaningful celebration.

After the clap out, seniors are invited to stay for cookies and water and take photos with their former teachers. We’re looking forward to celebrating our Panthers and all they’ve accomplished, because once a Panther, always a Panther!

The Community House will be offering the Before and After the Bell programs at Prospect School to help meet the needs of our families.
