Master Agreements (MA) and Master Agreement Addendum (MAA)

Please check your PLS roster for any new students throughout the day and send out MAs and MAAs as needed. Families cannot access the Homeschool Hub until we have an approved MA and POR on file. Please refer to the HST Handbook on Creating a New Master Agreement.

Change of Address

Did you have a family move during the summer months? Anytime a student moves, we need a new Housing Questionnaire and POR. Parents can access the 2023-2024 Change of Address JotForm link through the Parent Portal. PCA Change of Address JotForm

Enrichment Enrichment

July 17th

    • Returning students can place PRODUCT orders.

    • New students can begin placing PRODUCT orders once their MAs have been approved and Hub accounts have been created for them. New accounts are typically created 2 - 3 days after MAs are approved.

August 4th
  • Students can place SERVICE & TECH orders. Service dates may begin August 14th (the 1st day of school) or later.

Please feel free to share our Enrichment Dates flyers with your families!
    • PCA Enrichment Dates (English)

    • PCA Enrichment Dates (Spanish)

Family-led, annual, educational field trip passes for students, to locations such as the zoo, museums, science centers, etc., are approvable during the months of July, August, and September through Enrichment.

  • Field trips should take place during the school week, during school hours.

  • Chaperone passes are NOT approvable.

  • Parking passes to locations, such as county, state, and national parks are not approvable.

  • While annual field trip passes are approvable during the months of July and August, individual family-led trips should not occur until the first day of school.

Effective October 1st, only daily student admission tickets for family-led field trips will be approvable.

This year, parents/guardians will be required to sign enrichment guidelines, a media release form, and the student/parent handbook through Homeschool Hub, before they can place enrichment orders. Please share these videos with your families, which will walk them through how to do that.

  • PCA - Signing the Media Release & Parent/Student Handbook

If you are uncertain about whether the requested items can be approved, please message Enrichment via the Enrichment/Curriculum Zoom Channel Chat, join us during office hours, or call or email. We would love to hear from you!

  • PCA Enrichment Office Hours - Tuesdays/Thursdays from 11AM - 12PM

A change to the ordering process has been made in Homeschool Hub, and HSTs will no longer be required to mark the consumable status of items. Going forward, only our Enrichment staff will handle that task.

This year, would you please ask your families to request no more than 10 items in each Staples order? This will help make these orders more manageable for our Enrichment team!

We are seeing quite a few religious items being approved by HSTs by mistake at this time. Would you please take some time to review our Religious Content Page from the Homeschool Teacher Handbook?
