Dear Parents, Guardians, Families, and Stakeholders,

Welcome to a brand-new school year! What an exciting time it is to welcome our students into our beautiful new building. This new space represents more than just a new place to learn—it represents new opportunities, new beginnings, and a shared commitment to creating an exceptional school experience for every child.

Our motto this year is:

Every Student, Every Day… Moving the Needle Together!

These words capture what we believe about our students and our school community. Every student matters. Every day matters. And when we work together, we can make a difference. With the support of our parents, guardians, families, and community stakeholders, we are committed to ensuring that every student has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

As we settle into our routines, I would like to share a few important reminders that help keep our school safe, organized, and ready for learning.

Dress Code Reminder

Please help your child arrive at school dressed according to our school dress code each day. Students should come to school in clothing that is appropriate for the learning environment. Pajamas are not permitted at school, unless they are specifically allowed for a school-sponsored pajama day or special event.

Car Rider Line

We appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation. To keep things running smoothly and safely, please follow the directions of the staff members on duty.

When dropping off or picking up your child, please:

  • Pull all the way forward to the end of the car rider line before your child exits or enters the vehicle.
  • Follow the directions of staff members directing traffic.
  • Remain in your vehicle unless instructed otherwise.
  • Have students ready to exit the vehicle when it is your turn.

Show Up September — Attendance Matters!

September is Show Up September, and we want to emphasize just how important attendance is. Every school day matters! When students are at school consistently and on time, they have more opportunities to learn, participate, build relationships, and stay on track academically.

We understand that students will occasionally need to be absent. When your child is absent, please be sure to send a note according to our school's attendance procedures so that the absence can be properly documented.

Thank you for trusting us with your children and for being an important part of our school family. I am excited about all that we will accomplish together this year.

Every Student, Every Day… Moving the Needle Together!

Sincerely,

Principal Barnes

Estimados padres, tutores, familias y demás interesados:

Atentamente,

Director Barnes
