Field Day was a huge success — and it wouldn’t have been possible without you! To every parent who volunteered their time, energy, and enthusiasm, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. From running events, to serving lunch, to being dunked at the dunk tank - events like this only happen because of our amazing community. A special shoutout to Emily Gilman and Michelle Heffron Sannicandro for co-chairing the event — your organization and spirit set the tone for a fantastic day! And a HUGE shoutout to Mrs. Hallman, who stepped up when we found ourselves without our usual lead for ther event. You absolutely crushed it and kept everything running smoothly — we’re beyond grateful!

LAST CALL for Raffle Items! We're so thankful for all the amazing contributions we've recieved. We have some amazing raffles to showcase to our Vinal Staff - and we couldn't be more grateful for your support! If you still would like to contribute to our End-of-Year Staff Raffle where every staff member will receive raffle tickets for a chance to win fun prizes, we’re accepting donations of raffle items or monetary contributions (on the website or venmo @vinalpto) to make this event special. Contributions can be dropped off at 15 Old Oaken Bucket. Thank you for helping us make this a memorable send-off for our incredible team!
5th Grade Families!! We are so excited to see everyone at 5th Grade Send off on THURSDAY! Here are the key logistics:
- WHO: All fifth grade students and their immediate family
- WHAT: Send Off Ceremony and AFTER PARTY
- WHEN: Thursday, June 12th, 2025
- Student Arrival is 5:45PM
- Ceremony Start Time is 6:00PM
- WHERE: Students should meet their teacher in the Vinal Library, Families should enter through the gym doors and find their seats in the gym
- DRESS: Whatever your fifth grader considers their "Fifth Grade Finest." There are no caps or gowns, and the t-shirts are not necessary. I suggest something similar to school concert attire, with the ability to move and turn up the fun on the dance floor.
The After Party starts immediately following the end of the ceremony around 6:45PM and ends promptly at 8:45pm. So far, we have received 85 (out of 110) RSVP/consent forms. Just a reminder that students will not be allowed to attend the After Party if they do not have a form completed.
