As we move into April, we are entering the final stretch of the school year. This is an important time for all of our students to stay focused and finish the semester strong. We encourage every student to prioritize consistent attendance and the completion of all coursework. Each day in class matters, and being present allows students to fully engage in learning, stay on track, and successfully earn credit for their classes.

Attendance continues to be one of the most critical factors in student success. Missing even a few days can make it difficult to keep up with assignments, projects, and important instruction. We ask families to partner with us in ensuring students arrive on time each day and are ready to learn.

In addition to attendance, completing assignments and staying organized are essential habits for success. Students should be checking in regularly with their teachers, monitoring their grades, and taking advantage of any extra help opportunities. Finishing strong now will set them up for a successful end of the year.

As the semester weather continues to get warmer, please make sure your student is dressed appropriately for school following the student dress code.

As always, we remain committed to fostering a positive school environment built on our core values of respect, responsibility, and safety. We ask students to:

Show respect for peers, staff, and the learning environment
Take responsibility for their actions, attendance, and academic progress
Help maintain a safe school by making positive choices each day

Thank you for your continued support in helping your student succeed. Together, we can ensure a strong and successful finish to the school year.

Sincerely,

Clovis High School Administration

Our 11th grade students will be taking the state required SAT test and the NMASR (Science) test on Wednesday, April 15th. All 11th grade students need to report to school on time to complete these two tests to avoid having to make them up on different days.

Our 10th and 12th grade students will have a virtual learning day and will need to complete their google classroom assignments for each class that day.

We encourage students to wear their house colors every Wednesday.
