Stay in the Game Stay in the Game

Stay in the Game Attendance Challenge!

Last week our students were encouraged to put a mark next to their favorite sport on our "Stay in the Game Posters" to show how they show up to school everyday to "Stay in the Game." This week, homerooms have been asked to turn into the office one way that showing up to school everyday helps them reach their goals. Next week, there will be a drawing for all homerooms that turned in an answer to see who wins Wendy's Frosties coupons!

  • Non-Prescription Medications: Parents/guardians must complete and sign the Non-Prescription Medication Form. Medications (including cough drops) must be in the original, sealed container and stored in the clinic. Dosages above manufacturer’s directions require a provider’s authorization.

  • Important: Students may not transport medications. Parents/guardians must deliver and pick up medications. Unused medications not collected by the end of the school year will be discarded.

Forms are available in the school clinic and on the district website at https://www.plsd.us/academic-services/welcome-to-health-services
