Free sports physicals will be available for all middle and high school students on June 3-5, 2025, at the WVU Health Sciences Center.

WVSSAC Student Athletic Physicals are required for middle and high school sports. WVSSAC Athletic Participation Form

• Registration opens at 5:00 p.m.

• Students must register by 7:00 p.m. to receive a physical.
