No School on Monday, September 2nd, and Tuesday, September 3rd!

Our 2nd graders have been grouped and will be running at two different times:

Nuestros estudiantes de 2o grado se han agrupado y correrán en dos momentos diferentes:

9:55-10:30: Mrs. Cervantes, Mrs. Del Valle, Ms. Geisler

10:30-11:05: Mrs. Hardeman, Mrs. Hatcher, Ms. Lawson

*The run will take place inside the gym. :)

*La carrera tendrá lugar dentro del gimnasio. :)

Due to our hectic day, there is limited time to visit the water fountain after recess and throughout the day. :( Please make sure your child has a water bottle with them daily. :)

Debido a nuestro agitado día, hay un tiempo limitado para visitar la fuente de agua después del recreo y durante el día. :( Por favor, asegúrese de que su hijo tenga una botella de agua con ellos todos los días. :)

Fall individual and group pictures will be taken on Monday, September 9th!

Please don't forget to send $6 for your child's new house shirt. :)

*New students to HBE, and Kindergartners will receive their house shirt for free after spinning the wheel on August 30th.

APEX Fundraiser kicks off this week (Monday)! Your child will bring home all the information tomorrow, please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions!

Don't forget to send a note to school with your child when they return from an absence in order for it to be excused (include your child’s name, date, and reason for the absence).

Please pack a nutritional snack daily for your child. Also, please send a water bottle to school daily.
