Dear Forest Families,
It's time to sign up for Fall Family Conferences! The Forest staff are excited to connect with you and share how your child is learning and growing this year. Fall conferences will be held at the dates and times listed below.
- Thursday, October 9 from 12:00-3:00 PM and 4:00-8:00 PM
Friday, October 10 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Each conference is scheduled for a 20-minute time slot. If you feel a longer conversation is needed, please reach out to your child's teacher about extending your conference time.

How to Book a Conference
We're using a new scheduling platform called You Can Book Me. This makes it quick and easy to reserve a conference time that works best for your family.
How do I sign up for a conference?
1. Click the link to the Forest Family Conferences booking page.
2. Select your child's teacher from the list.
3. Choose your preferred date and time from the available options.
4. Enter your information:
- Required: Parent/guardian email address, child's name, and parent/guardian name
- Optional: Check if a translator is needed
5. Click Confirm Booking.
- You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you entered.
- The conference will automatically be added to your child's teacher's calendar.
Can I book more than one conference?
- Yes! If you need to meet with more than one teacher (for example, you have more than one child or you want to meet with a specials teacher), simply return to the booking page and select another teacher
