MRPS has partnered with TruexCullins to facilitate a robust community engagement process to help the district assess future options and opportunities for the facilities within our district. MPRS's goal is that every student graduates from our system with the confidence, skills, and dispositions to have a limitless future. In order to achieve this goal, we recognize that every learner needs to feel safe and have a sense of belonging at school. In light of this, MRPS has partnered with The Equity Leadership Group to conduct an equity audit of our current system.

MRPS has formed a Caregiver Council to the Superintendent comprised of caregiver representatives from each school. The Council identifies common needs and goals, provides feedback to administrators, ensures the needs of caregivers are considered in decision making, and much more.
For the 2023-24 school year, all meetings will occur on the third Thursday of each month from noon-1:00. Lunch will be provided. Meetings will be held at Montpelier High School. Remaining meeting dates for the 2023-24 school year are: 2/15, 3/21, 4/18, and 5/16.
