Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) Meetings

IGP's Begin Next Week!

The Counseling Department will begin IGP's for rising 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students next week. Counselors are in the process of sending electronic invitations for TEAMS Meetings. If you have a question about your meeting, please contact your student's counselor directly.

Course request forms and Heyward applications can be found here. Please review the appropriate form prior to your students' IGP meeting. This year, we have combined the course request options for rising 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students. Rising 9th grade and IB course request forms are separate. Please review your students current schedule so that you are able to make decisions for classes for next year.

If your student is interested in any of Heyward's programs, the application must be completed and returned to their counselor no later than Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

Thank you for your patience as we revise our process. We look forward to meeting with you.
