Families are Welcome to Visit the School, Thursday, Sept. 10, 5-7 p.m.
Families are welcome to come visit SACS on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. Meet in the cafeteria at 6:30 p.m. for the school's annual Title 1 meeting and updates.
Why attend? Open Houses are a wonderful opportunity to walk through your child's learning spaces, meet their teachers and staff, and get a firsthand look at what they will be discovering this school year. Building strong connections between home and school is one of the best ways to support student success.
⏰ Time to Update Your Student's Annual PowerSchool Forms!
Please log in to your Parent Account (maplerun.powerschool.com/public/home.html) and click on Forms. You will need to review and complete three quick forms for the new school year:
- Contact Information
- Annual Health Update
- Household Income Form

On Thursday, September 10 the District will be testing contacts at 5 p.m.
Maple Run will test our mass communication system on Thursday, September 10, at approximately 5:00 PM.
The test will include an email, phone call, and text message.

Send last-minute changes or sick notices to our Pick Up Patrol app
Have dismissal changes to make for your child's transportation home? Use our PickUp Patrol app, which directly puts in changes for any day-of decisions. [Please note: All authorized pickup persons must be entered in your child's PowerSchool account.] The link to the app is found on the SACS Home Page, on the far left, or can be downloaded via an app store. All families should have received an invitation to the app via your registered email. We ask that all dismissal changes be made by 11 a.m. for safety purposes.
Using the app allows you to change dismissal plans, enter a sick day, or notify us about changes in pickup or early dismissals due to an appointment.
If you have never created an account before, check your email inbox that is on file with SACS to see if you received an invitation. Or, follow the link on our homepage and click "Login Help" for more details - if you didn't get an invitation, we may have the incorrect email account in PowerSchool. Please check with the front office to verify this information and get the invitation.
