All aboard for science!

RHHS science students traded the classroom for the James River on October 14, 2026, during a boat trip in Hopewell, Virginia! Accompanied by Mrs. Walters and Mrs. Habisreitinger, students took part in hands-on learning experiences that brought Virginia’s waterways and ecosystems to life.

In partnership with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, this adventure connected classroom lessons to the natural world, giving our Statesmen an opportunity to explore, ask questions, and discover the importance of protecting our waterways.

Thank you to our teachers and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation for making this learning experience possible. A little river breeze, a lot of discovery, and science in action!

Tea Time

Mrs. Barton's British Literature students at RHHS celebrated the end of their course with a traditional Victorian tea party. Students also presented their capstone projects which required each of them to study an author from the Victorian era and analyze some of his or her works. In addition to writing a literary analysis, students created presentations and brought in replicas of items associated with their assigned author.

Randolph-Henry High School brought its final regular-season home football game to a memorable close on Friday, October 9, with a commanding 55–0 victory over the Amelia Raiders and a heartfelt celebration of 22 seniors from football, cheer, and band.

Senior Night and Pink Night brought school spirit and community support together for a beautiful evening under the stadium lights. During halftime, seniors and their parents were recognized as the school celebrated the students’ dedication, contributions, and lasting impact on Randolph-Henry.

The excitement extended well beyond the scoreboard. The spirited send-off capped an evening filled with pride, gratitude, and unforgettable moments.

From the halftime recognition to the final cheers, the night honored the students and families who have given so much to these programs. A decisive Statesmen victory made the celebration even sweeter, providing a fitting finish to the regular-season home schedule.

The season is far from over. The Statesmen will take to the road to face Nottoway, Prince Edward, and Smith Mountain Lake in the weeks ahead, carrying that momentum and school pride into their remaining regular-season games.

Our Randolph-Henry students are taking PE to the next level with archery! They’re learning more than just how to hit the target—they’re developing focus, patience, coordination, balance, confidence, and perseverance with every shot. There’s nothing quite like the excitement of hearing that “THUNK!” as an arrow finds its way to the target! We are so proud of our students for stepping outside their comfort zones, encouraging one another, and challenging themselves to improve with every round.

Randolph-Henry Cross Country Celebrates Seniors and Personal Bests at Home Meet

Randolph-Henry High School hosted Buckingham, Lunenburg, and Amelia on October 7, 2026, at the RH Pavilion for an afternoon of boys’ and girls’ cross country competition and a special Senior Night celebration. Beautiful fall weather provided the backdrop as the Statesmen honored their seniors and recorded several impressive performances.

Before the competition, Coach Joshua Guill recognized Class of 2027 seniors Calebe Carmargo, Jaiden Ramsey, and Jack Walker, sharing remarks about each athlete’s contributions to the team and school. Carmargo is not pictured. Senior Jaiden Ramsey capped off the celebration by winning the boys’ race with a time of 19:14, improving his personal best on the home course by 23 seconds. Joshua Pearson also set a course personal best, improving by 18 seconds, while Alec Broden lowered his previous home-course best by 51 seconds.

Syler Rowley-Clark led the girls’ effort, shaving three minutes off her previous time on the home course. She was followed by Nora Gayles, who competed on the home course for the first time as a varsity runner.

The evening celebrated the seniors’ dedication, perseverance, and leadership. Through miles of training and competition, Carmargo, Ramsey, and Walker have supported their teammates and represented Randolph-Henry with pride.

Both teams will return at full strength next week for the James River District Championship at home, where the boys will pursue their fourth consecutive district title.

Congratulations to our seniors and all of our runners on a memorable afternoon. One more mile. One more race. Always a Statesman.

RHHS Homecoming 2026

Randolph-Henry’s 2026 Homecoming brought plenty of laughter, school spirit, and community pride! From the door decorating contest to the pep rally, parade, and Friday night football, our Statesmen made it a celebration to remember.

The pep rally was packed with memorable moments. Cheerleaders teamed up with staff members for a dance competition, and several seniors had the opportunity to dump coolers of ice water on their staff member parents during “Vote to Soak.” The football players took on their coaches in tug-of-war—with the coaches claiming the win—and the cheerleaders taught the football team how to stunt. In an unprecedented turn of events, the freshman class won the spirit contest!

All fall sports participants were also recognized on the field. Seeing such an impressive group together was a wonderful reminder of how many students are involved in fall activities and proudly representing Randolph-Henry.

The Homecoming parade brought our school and community together with creative floats, decorated vehicles, walking groups, and first responders. Serving as grand marshals were members of the Class of 1976, with special recognition of former teachers Jay Graves and Tammy Lipscomb. It was a pleasure to celebrate their lasting connection to Randolph-Henry.

Congratulations to our 2026 parade winners:

  • Float: Bacon District Elementary School

  • Walking Group: Charlotte County Youth Cheer

  • Decorated Vehicle: RHHS FBLA

  • Fire and Rescue: Drakes Branch Volunteer Fire Department

The celebration continued at the stadium as Randolph-Henry faced the Buckingham Knights. Although our team fell to Buckingham 35–7, it was wonderful to see so many people show up to support our players. Well over 1,000 people were inside the stadium, filling the evening with Statesmen pride and reminding our team that this community stands behind them.

Our band and color guard kept the excitement going with their Wild West-themed halftime show! Their music, choreography, and hard work added so much to the atmosphere and gave our Homecoming crowd another group of talented Statesmen to celebrate.

The crowning of our Homecoming royalty added another special moment to the evening.

Congratulations to our 2026 Homecoming Court winners:

Princess: Mackenzie Parker
Prince: Alex Gee
Queen: Shania Jones
King: Damarius Goode

A heartfelt thank-you goes to our SCA for all of their work putting the Homecoming events together; each grade-level team and club sponsor for the time and creativity they put into the parade floats; and our cheerleaders and their coach for organizing the pep rally and decorating the stadium. Our 9th grade team did a wonderful job organizing the parade. We also appreciate our band, color guard, and their directors for sharing their talents and helping make the evening memorable.

We thank our sheriff’s department and first responders for helping keep our events safe, and our entire community for showing up to support our school. Your enthusiasm and continued support made this Homecoming special.

It’s a great day to be a Statesman!

Homecoming Week

Homecoming spirit is in full force at Randolph-Henry! The halls and doors are decorated, students and staff are dressing up, and there have been plenty of shenanigans as we get ready to take on Buckingham Friday night.

We kicked off the week in gaming and athletic attire. Tuesday gave everyone a choice between a Lazy Luau and Adam Sandler style, while Wednesday brought back a school favorite: Pajama Day! Still to come are Thursday’s Dolly Parton or country club looks, followed by a sea of Statesmen blue and white on Friday.

The SCA has been busy choosing daily themes, decorating the school, taking photos, and organizing the homecoming court and its parade float. They also gave us one of the week’s funniest moments: Tuesday’s inflatable costume race! Students cheered as staff, school board members, and Board of Supervisors members tackled hopscotch, limbo, dizzy bats, and other obstacles in their inflatable costumes.

We’re looking forward to Friday’s pep rally, with performances by the band and cheer squads, recognition of our fall sports teams, a senior run-in, and a grand entrance by the football team. Our captains will fire up the crowd, our cheerleaders will lead the spirit checks, and our football players will try their hand at stunting and cheering. We’ll also find out who won the “Vote to Soak” contest and gets the cooler of water!

Come celebrate with us Friday! Parade lineup begins at 4:00 PM, the parade starts at 5:00 PM, and the Statesmen kick off against Buckingham at 7:00 PM.

It’s a great week to be a Statesman. Our school spirit is alive and well!

Dolly Day

On September 25, students and staff at Randolph-Henry High School celebrated Dolly Day in honor of the late Dolly Parton. September 25 was the perfect date for the celebration because 9/25 is a playful nod to her song “9 to 5.”

Our campus was full of bright colors, sparkles, and country and western attire. Students and staff were encouraged to read or share a good book in recognition of Dolly’s passion for literacy and, most importantly, to follow her example by doing something kind for someone else. Mrs. Davis, Ms. Carlton, and Dr. Jennings joined in the fun by pushing a snack cart full of goodies around campus to thank the staff who work so hard for our students each day. Later, students and staff gathered on the bus court to cheer on our Statesmen football team as they prepared to leave for their big game against Central.

It was a great Friday at RHHS, filled with school spirit, kindness, and positivity!

Dual Enrollment Criminal Justice Students Visit FBI Headquarters

On September 21, Mrs. George’s Dual Enrollment Criminal Justice class traveled to Washington, D.C., to visit FBI Headquarters and participate in The FBI Experience. Students explored interactive exhibits on the Bureau’s history and investigative work, including a simulated bank robbery crime scene, cybercrime, the FBI’s Most Wanted fugitives, and a gallery featuring artifacts from the 9/11 attacks.

During the visit, students spoke with retired FBI agents and analysts, who answered questions about their careers and shared insights into their work. The class also observed special agents completing firearms qualifications. These experiences helped students connect concepts from their Criminal Justice college coursework with the work of federal investigators.

The trip also included some sightseeing after touring the FBI. While in the city, students visited the Washington Monument and The World War II Memorial. Students were even able to see Marine One take off from the White House helipad for the first time.

On September 21, the Statesmen traveled to The Manor Golf Club in Farmville for the James River District Tournament and came home as tournament champions! The championship adds to an already outstanding year in which RHHS also claimed the James River District Regular Season Championship after going undefeated in district play and losing just one match all season outside the district.

Even more impressive, all six Statesmen golfers competing in the tournament earned All-District honors!

All-District Statesmen:

Coastal Habitats Come to Life at Randolph-Henry High School

On September 18, students at Randolph-Henry High School took a trip to the Virginia coast without ever leaving campus!

The RHHS library was transformed into an immersive coastal habitat as Sarah Pope of Ebbing Tides Eco Tours brought the wonders of Virginia Beach’s coastal ecosystems directly to our students. Through an engaging, hands-on educational program, students explored miniature representations of four distinctive habitats: an oyster reef, a sandy beach, tidal flats, and a salt marsh.

Students examined the plants, animals, and natural processes that make each ecosystem unique. The experience also included fish and squid dissections, giving students an up-close look at marine anatomy and the adaptations that help coastal organisms survive in their environments.

The program reinforced several Virginia Standards of Learning while transforming classroom concepts into memorable, hands-on discoveries. This incredible learning opportunity was generously sponsored by the Randolph-Henry High School Class of 1968.

RHHS extends its sincere appreciation to Sarah Pope, Ebbing Tides Eco Tours, the Class of 1968, and everyone who helped transform our library into a coastal learning environment. Thank you for bringing Virginia’s coast to our students and inspiring the next generation of scientists and environmental stewards!

Cooper had a strong performance for the Statesmen, recording 7 kickoffs for 224 yards with a long of 51 yards. He was also 6-for-7 on PAT attempts and even added 2 tackles on defense! Suicide Prevention

On September 15 and 17, Randolph-Henry High School students representing HOSA, partnered with our school nurse and school counselor to provide an important presentation on suicide prevention in recognition of September as Suicide Prevention Month.

During the presentation led by Parker Perez and Ann Lawson, students learned about warning signs, facts and myths surrounding suicide, available resources, and ways to seek help for themselves or others. Parker and Ann also shared important statistics and worked to destigmatize conversations surrounding suicide and mental health. Their goal was to help students understand that it is okay to talk about difficult feelings, ask for help, and reach out when they are concerned about a friend.

HOSA students also placed informative flyers throughout the school to provide students with important suicide prevention information, warning signs, and resources for seeking help. These materials helped extend the message beyond the presentations and ensured that students had access to important information throughout the school.

Following the presentation, students participated in an Out of the Darkness Suicide Prevention Walk as a visible show of support and awareness. Students watched a Ted Talk about this topic and worked together to create a suicide prevention banner that will be displayed in the school, helping to continue the message of hope, awareness, and support.

We appreciate Parker, Ann, our HOSA program, school nurse, and school counselor for helping create a school community where students feel supported, informed, and comfortable reaching out for help when they need it. Activities such as these remind our students that they are never alone and that seeking help is a sign of strength.

The creative theme encouraged students to use science, technology, engineering, and mathematics while strengthening their critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration skills.

Many Randolph-Henry High School students also participated in hosting the event, helping create an engaging and welcoming experience for those in attendance. Their involvement provided an opportunity to demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and pride in their school community.

The experience allowed students to explore advanced academic concepts in an imaginative setting. By connecting STEM learning with the world of superheroes, GSSV demonstrated that curiosity, creativity, leadership, and knowledge can be superpowers of their own.

Randolph-Henry Honors Local First Responders During Hometown Heroes Night

On September 14, 2026, Randolph-Henry High School hosted Hometown Heroes Night during the varsity football game against the Cumberland Dukes. This game was originally scheduled for Friday, September 11th but was postponed due to the storms. The special evening provided an opportunity for the school and community to come together under the lights and recognize the local first responders who dedicate their lives to protecting and serving others.

Before kickoff, those in attendance observed a moment of silence in commemoration of the events of September 11, 2001. The solemn tribute honored the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the courage of the first responders who answered the call on that tragic day.

Local first responders attending in uniform or presenting professional credentials were admitted to the game free of charge. During halftime, they were invited to stand and receive recognition from the Statesmen community. The applause from the crowd reflected the deep appreciation felt for the men and women who serve Charlotte County and the surrounding area.

First responders provide assistance during some of the most difficult and uncertain moments members of a community may face. Whether responding to fires, medical emergencies, accidents, severe weather, or threats to public safety, these individuals are prepared to step forward when others need them most. Their service often requires personal sacrifice, long hours, and tremendous courage.

Recognizing these hometown heroes was especially meaningful on the anniversary of September 11, a day that continues to remind Americans of the bravery and selflessness demonstrated by first responders. Randolph-Henry High School was proud to set aside time to honor those who work each day to keep our schools, families, and community safe.

Hometown Heroes Night was about much more than football. It was an evening of remembrance, gratitude, and community pride. Randolph-Henry High School extends its sincere appreciation to all local first responders for their continued service and for the difference they make throughout our community. The Statesmen brought home another victory on Hometown Heroes Night, with a final score of 48-0 putting them 3-0 so far this season.

CCPS Staff Encouraged to Remember “You Are Not Behind”

On Monday, September 14, Randolph-Henry High School Assistant Principal Dr. Gina Jennings led a professional development workshop for Charlotte County Public Schools staff titled “You Are Not Behind.”

The workshop encouraged participants to reflect on the responsibilities, expectations, and pressures that can leave them feeling as though they are falling behind. Staff members were reminded that progress looks different for everyone and that meaningful growth does not require constant exhaustion.

Dr. Jennings guided participants in setting healthy, realistic goals for the school year while emphasizing the importance of balance and avoiding burnout. The uplifting session gave staff members an opportunity to pause, reflect, and begin the year with greater purpose, confidence, and grace for themselves.

RH Remembers 9/11

Randolph-Henry High School students and staff came together to remember and reflect on the events of September 11, 2001, through a day of remembrance, historical learning and creative expression.

The day began with a special announcement honoring the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the heroes who responded and the countless families forever changed by the attacks. Students and staff then observed a schoolwide moment of silence, creating a powerful pause in the school day for remembrance and reflection. The 9/11 flag was prominently displayed, and flags throughout the campus were lowered to half-staff. Students and staff also filled the hallways with red, white and blue attire, offering a visible reminder of the unity, strength and patriotism that emerged across the nation following September 11.

Several classes extended the schoolwide remembrance through meaningful activities and thoughtful discussions. In VA/US History, students examined a timeline of the events surrounding the attacks and viewed primary-source video footage. They also participated in the 9/11 Memorial & Museum’s Live Anniversary Digital Learning Experience, which featured firsthand accounts from survivors and stories from children who lost parents on September 11. The program encouraged students to consider how those experiences shaped the lives of individuals, families and the nation.

Ms. Maxey’s students participated in a 9/11 Memorial Paper Quilt Art Project. Each student designed an individual square as a personal remembrance of September 11. The completed squares were combined to create a collective classroom memorial representing unity, hope and a shared commitment to remembering the nation’s history.

Mrs. Tharpe’s Life Skills classes also took part in several commemorative activities. Students watched “Boatlift,” a film highlighting the remarkable maritime evacuation of Manhattan following the attacks. They listened to patriotic music by Lee Greenwood and Alan Jackson before working together to create an American flag. Each student contributed a unique piece to the finished project, reinforcing the message that individual differences are valuable and that communities are stronger when people come together.

For many Randolph-Henry students, September 11 is an event known only through history lessons, photographs and the stories of others. Combining historical study, firsthand accounts, classroom discussion and creative expression gave students an opportunity to engage with the events and lasting impact of 9/11 in a meaningful and personal way.

Throughout the day, Randolph-Henry’s students and staff respectfully remembered the lives lost, recognized the courage of first responders and service members, and reflected on the compassion, unity and strength demonstrated by Americans in the aftermath of the attacks. These activities helped ensure that the sacrifices and stories associated with September 11 will never be forgotten.

Patriot Night

On September 4, Randolph-Henry High School welcomed Arcadia for an exciting night of Varsity Football. Originally scheduled for 6:00 p.m., kickoff was moved to 7:00 p.m. due to the heat. Thankfully, temperatures cooled enough to allow for a safe kickoff and a great night under the lights. The Statesmen delivered an impressive performance, defeating Arcadia 39-0!

There was plenty of excitement throughout the evening. Our RHHS cheerleaders debuted their new uniforms, while the Statesmen Marching Band and Color Guard kept the crowd entertained and delivered an excellent halftime performance.

Halftime was also a special opportunity to recognize our Patriot football players, cheerleaders, and coaches. Our future Statesmen enjoyed their own night under the lights as they imagined the seasons ahead when they will take the field at Randolph-Henry.

We hope you will join us again next Friday, September 11, as the Statesmen return home for a very special Hometown Heroes Night. On the anniversary of September 11, we will honor and recognize the first responders who serve and protect our community.

We look forward to another great Friday night together at Randolph-Henry High School!

British Literature

Mrs. Barton's British Literature students recently completed units on Beowulf and The Canterbury Tales. To coincide with their study of stories centered around medieval knights and warriors, each student was challenged to create a shield that represented his or her unique personality traits, hobbies, and heritage. The students really demonstrated their creativity by creating shields of varying shapes, sizes, and designs from a wide range of materials, including canvas, wood, and other miscellaneous items. One student even crocheted her shield and included detachable 3D objects.

Students were also tasked with working in groups to develop and perform a skit of one of the The Canterbury Tales in front of their peers. The skits were not only informative, but also highly entertaining and included many props that the students constructed themselves. Our students' theater talent was definitely on full display!

Congratulations to this week’s Player of the Week, Caleb Barton!

We are grateful for opportunities like this to recognize our student-athletes and partner with community supporters who invest in our students and programs. Thank you to Charlotte County Farm Bureau Insurance for supporting our Statesmen! Floral of the Month

Ms. Claybrook’s Floral Design class at Randolph-Henry High School has been hard at work designing this month’s beautiful floral arrangement! Each month, students will create a unique arrangement to practice and strengthen their floral design skills. These arrangements are then sold to the public, giving students the opportunity to put their creativity and classroom learning into action. This month’s arrangement celebrates all things fall with beautiful sunflowers and warm fall colors. What a wonderful way for our students to learn a valuable skill while creating something beautiful for our community.

Well done, Floral Design students!

Randolph-Henry Opens Football Season with 21 to 14 Victory

On August 28, 2026, Randolph-Henry High School kicked off the 2026 football season with a 21 to 14 victory over the Nelson County Governors. It was a wonderful night under the lights and a great way to begin another season of Statesmen football.

The evening was a true team effort both on and off the field. The field looked beautiful thanks to the collaboration of Ms. Claybrook, Mr. DJ Jack, and student worker Kayden Duffey. Their hard work helped create a great atmosphere for our players, families, alumni, and community members.

Before kickoff, Mrs. Davis had the opportunity to welcome members of the Randolph-Henry Class of 1976 back to their alma mater. The group toured the school, walked the halls, and enjoyed reminiscing about their time at Randolph-Henry. They were a lot of fun to visit with, and it was wonderful to have them back home for the evening.

Once the game began, the Statesmen gave the home crowd plenty to cheer about, earning an exciting 21 to 14 win over Nelson County. Our band, color guard, and cheerleaders also did an incredible job throughout the night. The band performed the national anthem, provided the team’s run in music, kept the energy going throughout the game, and entertained the crowd with a wonderful Wild West halftime performance.

Halftime also provided an opportunity to recognize our Charlotte County Dixie Youth athletes and coaches. It was great to have so many of our younger athletes with us and to give them a chance to be recognized on the field.

From welcoming alumni and recognizing our youngest athletes to outstanding performances by our students and a Statesmen victory, it was a special night at Randolph-Henry High School. There is nothing quite like a Friday night under the lights, and we could not have asked for a better way to open the season.

The Statesmen will return to their home field next Friday, September 4, as Randolph-Henry welcomes Arcadia for Patriot Night. Kickoff is set for 6:00 PM. We hope to see our community back under the Friday night lights to cheer on the Statesmen!

FFA Alumni Banquet

On Saturday, August 22, students, parents, teachers, administrators, and alumni gathered in the CMS cafeteria for the 18th Annual Charlotte County FFA Alumni Association Meeting. The evening was a wonderful celebration of FFA, agricultural education, and the people who continue to make these programs strong in Charlotte County. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal, silent auction, drawings, and remarks from guest speakers, including a Virginia FFA state officer. Current FFA officers, former officers, alumni, and others who have made meaningful contributions to the program were also recognized.

A common message was heard throughout the evening: Charlotte County FFA continues to be a tremendous source of pride in our community. Year after year, our programs help develop outstanding young people who go on to lead, serve, and accomplish great things. The evening concluded with a special video slideshow celebrating our students and program. Most importantly, funds raised through the event will help support our FFA members as they travel to compete in national events this fall. Thank you to the alumni members, families, educators, community members, businesses, and friends who support Charlotte County FFA throughout the year. Your investment in these students makes opportunities like these possible.

Two Weeks Down & Proud to Be RH!

Randolph-Henry has officially closed out week two of the new school year, and our students are already hard at work learning, growing, and trying new things! Our classrooms, hallways, and common spaces are full of energy as we settle into another great year at RHHS.

Our Culinary Arts students were caught in action cleaning up after a hands-on lesson where they prepared chicken sandwiches. Learning is definitely more fun when you get to eat the finished product!

Our School Counseling Team was out in the cafeteria connecting with students and providing outreach and support. We love seeing our counselors meeting students where they are and building those important relationships.

Of course, school is about more than academics! We caught plenty of students enjoying some fun moments with friends during lunch, and student work has already begun filling our hallways, showcasing the learning and creativity happening throughout the building. Our cafeteria staff has been serving up some of our students' favorite meals, (which also happen to be staff favorites).

We ended the week on a sweet note thanks to School Board Member Jay George, who treated our faculty and staff to donuts on Friday. Thank you, Mr. George, for thinking of our RH family!

And speaking of RH pride, our staff showed off their new shirts featuring this year's theme: “We are RH… Proud of our past… Preparing for the future.”

Want to show your RH pride, too? Our official shirts are available through the Jostens Statesmen Mascot Shop!

Coach Powell Earns 600th Win

RANDOLPH-HENRY HIGH SCHOOL — August 11, 2026 — Randolph-Henry High School celebrated a remarkable milestone on Monday, August 10, as legendary golf coach Kelly Powell was honored for recording his 600th career VHSL golf victory.

The milestone victory was achieved on August 7, 2026, at Lunenburg Country Club, marking another extraordinary chapter in a coaching career that has spanned more than three decades.

On August 10, Coach Powell was surrounded by family, friends, and generations of current and former players at Briery Country Club, where Randolph-Henry Athletics recognized his achievement with a commemorative plaque honoring his 600th career victory.

For more than 30 years, Coach Powell has represented the very best of Randolph-Henry High School and its athletic tradition. His impact, however, extends far beyond wins and losses. Throughout his career, he has served as a mentor, coach, teacher, and friend to countless student-athletes, helping young people develop not only as golfers, but also as individuals.

The 600 victories are an extraordinary testament to his longevity, consistency, commitment, and passion for the game. Yet for the many players who have had the privilege of playing for Coach Powell, his greatest legacy is found in the lessons learned, relationships built, and lives influenced along the way.

“Coach Powell’s 600th victory is an incredible accomplishment, but it is only one measure of the impact he has had on Randolph-Henry High School,” said Randolph-Henry Athletic Director Christopher Holt. “For more than three decades, he has invested in young people and represented our school with class, loyalty, and pride. He has been a mentor, a coach, and a friend to so many. Coach Powell is, in every sense of the word, a true Statesman.”

Coach Powell's career serves as a lasting reminder that coaching is about far more than the scoreboard. It is about relationships, character, perseverance, and giving young people someone to believe in.

Randolph-Henry High School proudly celebrates Coach Kelly Powell — 600 victories, more than three decades of service, and a legacy that will endure for generations of Statesmen.

Congratulations, Coach Powell, on an extraordinary milestone and an extraordinary career.
