SLEDMERE CE PRIMARY SCHOOL

WEEK ENDING 22nd JANUARY 2021

SLEDMERE CEPRIMARY SCHOOLWEEK ENDING 22nd JANUARY 2021

SUCCESSFUL LEARNING

During this period of lockdown, we have some children in school and others who are working at home. We are all very impressed by the amount and quality of work. On a daily basis, children are trying their best to access home learning through Seesaw. We've seen superb examples of our pupils gaining a wide range of knowledge and developing their skills. We are also very proud of their growing independence in using technology.

THANK YOU

The staff would like to thank every parent and carer for their efforts in supporting their child's learning. We appreciate how difficult it is balancing home life during lockdown with home learning. Please remember that a little work is better than simply doing none. We also understand that sometimes the learning might be practical such as cooking or creating artwork. Again, we understand, and are pleased to see the range of work.

The teachers are working hard to support every individual and are available on Seesaw. They are however also juggling the demands of supporting the children who are in school. If they aren't able to reply straight away they will try their best to offer encouragement and feedback.

Class2/3 - Fridays 11am

Should your child wish to share some work (even if it is off curriculum) we'd love to see it. It would be helpful if you could let the teacher know on Tapestry and Seesaw so we can include them.
