Parent/ Family Update - August 1, 2025
Dear Grandview families,
As we head into March, we are looking forward to several fun family events and opportunities to come together as a school community. The spring season always brings renewed energy to our building, and we are excited for the learning and celebrations ahead.
While these events are important and fun, what continues to matter most is the daily work happening inside our classrooms. Students are engaging in meaningful reading, writing, and math tasks that require them to think deeply, explain their reasoning, and stretch their learning. Our teachers are working intentionally to provide strong instruction while also supporting students’ individual academic and social-emotional needs.
We are also continuing to strengthen our school culture through TigerPRIDE: Purpose, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Excellence. You can support this work at home by asking your child which TigerPRIDE trait they are practicing and how they are showing it each day. When school and home support each other, our impact is even greater.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support. Grandview is a special place because of our students, our staff, and our families. We look forward to seeing many of you at our upcoming March events!
