We are down to the final week before Spring Break and the start of April! I hope everyone has a good week and safe travels if you are heading out of town for Spring Break. Before we get to spring break we have a busy week with Spring Showcase, iReady diagnostics, and clubs.

Spring Testing at East Middle

Wednesday, April 1 - iReady Reading Diagnostic

Update spring testing has now moved to the end of April.

Online Registration Open for 2026-27 school year

ONLINE REGISTRATION (OLR) is now open for the 2026-27 school year. Please help by going online and registering for next year. You can register your entire family at one time, even if children attend different schools in the district. OLR completion is one required step to ensure your child receives their Chromebook at the beginning of next school year without delay. Thank you in advance! 3. Log into Infinite Campus

4. On the menu click "More"

5. Click the last option is "Online Household Registration"

6. Complete the process there. When completed it will give you a confirmation number. No need to save that unless you want to!

We wanted to share some reminders about our Title I School-Wide program.

Title I is one of the largest federal programs supporting elementary and secondary education. Title I funding allows us to provide resources to students. These supplemental resources help ensure that:

• All children have a fair, equal and significant opportunity to obtain a high quality education,

• Support and resources are provided to achieve proficiency on challenging state academic achievement standards and assessments.

At East Jessamine Middle, we use our Title I funding to provide

additonal classroom teachers to lower class sizes
technology devices and software for student and staff use
High Quality Instructional Resources to aid in student learning and critical thinking
