Parent Teacher Conferences

Dear Parents/Caregivers;

The staff at AGCS is looking forward to meeting with families during our fall conferences. Families in grades K-6 have the option to sign up for in person or virtual conferences. Grades 7-12 will be virtual only due to parking limitations at State Road.

Please make sure you indicate your choice of in person or virtual conference in the special request box located under the timeslots.

***Please sign up by 2:00 on November 20th***

Our sign up portal (PTCFast) is now open to all K-12th grade parents so they can sign up for individual conference blocks with specific teachers. To access this portal, please use the following link(s):

Grades K-3 Conferences:

Grades 4-6 Conferences:

These are not the student-led conferences but we believe that having students attend their conferences is beneficial to everyone.

When you log in to the scheduling portal please select your child's teacher and sign up for a single conference block with that individual teacher. If you would like to conference with multiple teachers, you will need to repeat this process for each teacher.

If you choose a virtual meeting, your child's teacher(s) will email you a link to the google meet.
